What happens if there is a maintenance alarm? |
Hassantuk FAQ
When a maintenance alarm is received into the Hassantuk system it automatically passes the information on to the building owners dashboard and SMS (or their representative), the registered maintenance company for that type of event for your building and to our maintenance team. The maintenance company has to turn out and repair the issue within an agreed period of time. If not then the maintenance details, building owner information and maintenance company details are passed to the civil defence for direct action and fines. The building security or reception can silence the alarms but we still receive the notification and its dealt with effectively and efficiently |
What happens if there is a fire alarm? |
Hassantuk FAQ
If there is a fire or life safety alarm you will immediately be contacted by one of our fully trained operators from the ARC (Alarm receiving Center). Our system automatically dials out to the contacts you supplied when registering your building(s). This could be, but not limited to, the night watchman, security guard or facilities management team. The operator will notify them of the exact type of alarm and where it is. They will be asked to verify if there is a fire or not. This verification lasts up to 120 seconds. After that the alarm details are passed directly to civil defence for dispatch (verified or not), along with appropriate information about your building (location, occupancy, use etc.) if the alarm is verified as false after the 120 seconds then civil defence are notified. |
What if I need to change my fire system? |
Hassantuk FAQ
We understand that connecting all of your Receiving Alerts systems into a single point is both time consuming and often very expensive. Hassantuk gives you options. We can use smaller and cost effective Receiving devices to connect to separate systems that are currently not connected to your building management system. This is often more cost effective and spreads the cost over the entire period of your subscription. The devices are ‘bundled’ together in our system so that any event or alert triggered is dealt with under your building account. You are, of course, given the choice to change or upgrade your system as well in order to connect to Hassantuk |
