Hassantuk is a public safety program initiated by the UAE Ministry of Interior (MOI) and Civil Defence Authority, in partnership with Core42. It is a smart fire and life safety monitoring system that connects all governmental and private buildings and establishments in the UAE to a centralized alarm receiving center. The system detects both life safety and maintenance alarms in real time. Verified life safety incidents are instantly relayed to emergency dispatch (ICCC/I999) with essential details, including GPS location, building information, and alarm type, ensuring smarter and more effective emergency responses, while maintenance issues are sent to relevant service providers with a workorder. SLA breaches are escalated to Civil Defence for appropriate action. Hassantuk ensures continuous monitoring, faster emergency response, and improved public safety.

Hassantuk complements existing emergency response systems and procedures.

Hassantuk uses state-of-the-art Alarm Transmission Equipment connected to your building’s fire and life safety systems to ensure that all emergency and maintenance alarms are transmitted to the central Alarm Receiving Center (ARC) within seconds.

Hassantuk Smart System, supported by a team of professional ARC operators, verifies whether an alarm is genuine. True emergency alarms are immediately reported to the Civil Defence Main Operations Room so that the appropriate response can be dispatched without delay.

Maintenance-related alarms are automatically forwarded to the registered building maintenance company for prompt action and repair.

Hassantuk is a Public-Private Partnership between the Ministry of Interior as represented by the Civil Defence Headquarters and Core42.
