| What is Hassantuk Program? |
Hassantuk FAQ
Hassantuk is a public safety program initiated by the UAE Ministry of Interior (MOI) and Civil Defence Authority, in partnership with Core42. It is a smart fire and life safety monitoring system that connects all governmental and private buildings and establishments in the UAE to a centralized alarm receiving center. The system detects both life safety and maintenance alarms in real time. Verified life safety incidents are instantly relayed to emergency dispatch (ICCC/I999) with essential details, including GPS location, building information, and alarm type, ensuring smarter and more effective emergency responses, while maintenance issues are sent to relevant service providers with a workorder. SLA breaches are escalated to Civil Defence for appropriate action. Hassantuk ensures continuous monitoring, faster emergency response, and improved public safety. |
